Mountain Soul is a three-day immersive retreat for artists, seekers, and sensitives called to reconnect with their creative nature through sound, movement, and the living landscape.
Held in the heart of the Eastern Sierra, this retreat invites you into a quieter, slower rhythm—where alpine lakes, granite canyons, and wide desert skies become your companions in returning to yourself.
 
Through live sonic activations, writing workshops, and breath-led movement, you’ll be guided into deeper listening: to the land, to your body, and to the voice within that often goes unheard in daily life.
 
Expect a balance of structured offerings and open space for reflection. Expect nourishment—in your meals, your connections, your practices. Expect to leave not with a list of resolutions, but with something much rarer: a rekindled sense of presence, creativity, and belonging.
 
This event is curated and led by Sara Kaiser, a multidisciplinary artist, musician, and somatic guide devoted to creating experiences that restore the wild, the sacred, and the true within us. She collaborates with world-class cellist Shaun Diaz to create truly meaningful immersive experiences.
